Job summary

Closets By Design is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales. This full-time inside management role requires guiding a team, training new members, and mentoring peers to exceed sales targets.

Ideal candidates will have sales coordination experience, be highly coachable, and proficient with Windows Office and Excel. Opportunity for advancement exists through the sales track. Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
• Willing to follow our proven sales system.
• Highly coachable and reliable.
• Proficient in analyzing sales numbers.
• Working knowledge of Windows Office and Excel.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are looking for an experienced candidate to serve as a Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.

• Listed pay of $50,000-$65,000 base salary + bonuses.
