Job summary

Closets by Design Raleigh is seeking a Sales Manager to lead an in-home sales team and drive growth. This full-time inside management role focuses on mentoring, training, and achieving sales objectives.

We offer a base salary range of $65k-$85k with potential monthly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative, open-door culture with ownership. Prior sales leadership experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• No degree or certification is needed.
• Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years preferred.
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Willing to follow our proven sales system.

• Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.

We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.
