Job summary

Closets by Design Fresno is hiring designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. This role offers flexible, hybrid remote work and pre-set appointments with clients near your home. No experience is required as full training is provided, including 16 weeks of paid sales training and ongoing mentorship.

You’ll learn product options, meet clients, and guide them from consultation to close, with a clear path to advancement and pay increases.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
