Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring sales designers to help people organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments near your home and comprehensive training, so no prior experience is required.

You will build rapport, educate customers on our products, and follow our sales training to assist residential customers with their home organization needs in a hybrid remote setup, close to home.

Qualifications

• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
