Closets by Design NW New Jersey is seeking a Sales Manager to support and develop an in-home sales team. This full-time inside management role focuses on mentoring, training, and driving performance to meet and exceed sales targets.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and implementing our proven sales system across the team, with a goal of delivering strong results and growth for the company and clients in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• No degree or certification is needed.
• Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years.
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Willing to follow our proven sales system.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.
• Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
• Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.
