Job summary

Liberty Ford of Fayetteville is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-volume dealership team in Fayetteville, NC. You will train, motivate, and drive a top-performing sales staff, while ensuring exceptional customer service and profitability.

The role offers a strong compensation package with a commission structure, a Monday–Saturday schedule (one weekday off, no Sundays), and access to Hudson Academy for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high-volume dealership Sales Manager experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals while maintaining customer service standards.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a sales team through the full lifecycle of a deal.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
