Job summary

Hudson Automotive Group's Fayetteville Dodge Ram in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-energy team. The role offers a commission-based earning potential with total compensation reaching $100K+ per year for top performers.

We provide a 5-day workweek (rotating Saturdays), ongoing professional development via Hudson Academy, 10 PTO days, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Track record of strong automotive sales performance (preferred).
• Proven experience delivering world-class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to guide customers as they navigate the sales process.
