Rhythm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and drive performance. You will coach and mentor the team, manage the full lifecycle from prospect to close, and partner with finance, service, and marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role offers top compensation up to $120K+ (base & commission), a schedule of 8 am–8:30 pm, Monday–Saturday, plus Hudson Academy development and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high-volume dealership Sales Manager experience.
• Excellent Leadership and ability to train and motivate a sales team.
• Proven track record of delivering on goals with outstanding customer service.
• Collaborates with other departments to build strong teams.
• Closing skills and a positive attitude are essential.

• Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
