Job summary

All Star Toyota of Baton Rouge is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-volume automotive sales team. You will train, motivate, and retain top performers, while delivering the highest standards of customer experience and satisfaction.

This role partners with finance, service, and operations to optimize the sales lifecycle, close deals, and drive profitable growth. 3–5 years of dealership leadership required; valid driver's license; ambitious, energetic leadership style encouraged.

Qualifications

• High-volume dealership sales management experience (3–5 years).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
• Train, motivate and retain staff; manage onboarding and performance.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize the sales lifecycle.
• Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
