All Star Toyota of Baton Rouge is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to join a high-volume, award-winning service team. This Hudson Automotive Group location offers up to $45/hr flat rate for Master MDT Technicians, with sign-on bonus or relocation assistance, and a yearly retention bonus plus paid vacation and accruing PTO.

The role involves diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, test-driving vehicles, and ensuring warranty work meets manufacturer specifications.

Formación

• Valid driver's license required.
• 3–5+ years automotive technician experience required.
• Toyota/Lexus manufacturer experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to verify repairs.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needs and provide repair time estimates.
• Complete repairs per warranty and coordinate with parts to obtain necessary components.
