Job summary

Genesis of Baton Rouge, part of Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced New & Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-volume dealership team in Baton Rouge. You will train, motivate, and manage sales staff to consistently hit aggressive goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high-volume dealership sales management experience.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate a top-performing sales team.
• Ability to facilitate and close deals throughout the entire sales process.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
