Job summary

All Star Toyota of Baton Rouge, part of Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to drive customer approvals and profitability in a high-volume dealership.

The role requires proven F&I success, deal structuring skills, and the ability to upsell extended warranties and aftermarket products while maintaining lender relations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success in structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
• Experience selling F&I products (service contracts, GAP, credit life, accident & health).
• Experience presenting aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and manage multiple lending sources (manufacturer programs).
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for automotive finance.
• Track record partnering with sales managers to maximize deal profitability.
