ATCO STRUCTURES AND LOGISTICS (USA) INC. in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage order pipelines, coordinate with branch operations, and guide clients from initial sale processing through final delivery, serving as the critical hub connecting sales engineers, operations team, and external logistics partners.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include tracking orders, validating specifications, monitoring production timelines, coordinating delivery, and maintaining fleet

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service in a sales setting.
• Experience in construction and/or modular industry preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP software (e.g., Oracle).
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications for project tracking; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong time management, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Project & Order Coordination - Track sales orders from initial contract signing to delivery.
• Order Validation - Verify order specifications with customer and pricing tiers.
• Timeline Oversight - Monitor production schedules to provide delivery windows.
• Delivery Logistics & Client Communication - Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners.
• Coordinate Fleet/Goods deployment and maintain records.
• Client Interface - Provide regular milestone updates and liaise with Sales teams.
• Issue Resolution - Document and resolve changes or delays and communicate promptly.
• Work order administration including cost reporting and PO generation.
