Job summary

ATCO Structures and Logistics (USA) Inc. in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Sales Coordinator to manage order pipelines, coordinate with branch operations, and guide clients from initial sale processing through final delivery, serving as the hub connecting sales, operations, and logistics partners.

You will track orders, validate specifications, keep customers informed of milestones, and maintain fleet availability while working with sales teams and logistics providers to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience in a sales setting.
• Experience in construction and/or modular industry preferred.
• Proficient with CRM and ERP software; strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Track sales orders from contract signing to delivery.
• Verify order specifications with customer and assist with pricing tiers.
• Monitor production schedules to provide delivery windows.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics providers and clients.
• Maintain fleet deployment records and availability.
• Provide milestone updates to customers and liaise with sales teams.
• Document and resolve change orders, shipping delays, etc.
• Process work orders including cost reporting and PO generation.
• Coordinate fleet returns and ensure proper documentation.
