Job summary

ATCO STRUCTURES (USA) INC. seeks an Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless project operations from inception to completion. The role supports on-site project teams with safety, material management and logistics to meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in construction ops or coordination, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with ERP (Oracle). Travel is extensive; on-site work in multiple Western US locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in construction operations, project coordination, or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software; Oracle ERP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site daily operations and workflow for ATCO projects to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate between departments; facilitate communication among project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor subcontractor scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement logistics to support project requirements.
• Monitor project progress; report delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in safety compliance and company policies.
• Oversee logistical aspects and assist in resolving operational challenges to meet deadlines.
• Support informed decision-making and continuous improvement of operational processes.
