Job summary

Coordinated Designs & Controls in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator to help Sales and Project Management stay organized and maintain clear communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams. You will manage CRM updates, quote follow-ups, and project action items to reduce administrative burden.

This role supports Sales, PMs, Engineering, Production Planning, Purchasing, Accounting, and Manufacturing, ensuring timely handoffs and documented follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales support or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Excellent organization and follow-up across multiple items.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM notes, quote status, and follow-up dates.
• Track open quotes and assist sales follow-up.
• Organize customer correspondence, quotes, and due dates.
• Support project managers with notes, action items, and updates.
• Coordinate between Sales, PM, Engineering, and Production Planning.
