Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of customer service in a sales setting; construction/modular industry preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and ERP software (Oracle).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills for project tracking; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong time management, multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Track sales orders from contract signing to delivery.
• Verify order specifications with customer and assist with add-ons.
• Monitor production schedules to provide delivery windows.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners and clients.
• Coordinate unit deployment and maintain fleet availability records.
• Provide regular milestone updates to customers and liaise with Sales teams.
• Document and resolve change orders, delays, and related issues.
• Handle work order administration including cost reporting and POs.
• Coordinate Fleet returns and ensure proper documentation.
