Johnson Controls is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join our Commercial Sales Learning team. You will design and develop engaging learning experiences that help commercial sales professionals improve performance and drive business results.

You will partner with leaders, SMEs, and global teams to create innovative solutions from needs analysis through evaluation, applying ADDIE and adult learning principles to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years designing and developing learning solutions.
• Knowledge of ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions for global audiences.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and translate business requirements into effective strategies.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
