Job summary

Apple Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Learning Experience Designer to join the WW Sales Learning & Development team.

You will design and develop high-impact learning experiences that build capability across Apple’s global sales organization — from individual contributors through senior leaders. You’ll partner with program leads and subject matter experts to translate business needs into engaging, scalable development solutions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Organizational Development, Education, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Background in instructional design, training facilitation, sales enablement, and/or similar function.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design of learning programs across multiple formats.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, competency-based development, and evidence-based design practices.
• Knowledge of channel sales, including strategies and processes required to scale and evolve impactful training programs.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills - able to distill complex topics into clear, engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Create learner-centered experiences across multiple modalities that are immediately applicable in role and aligned to business priorities.
• Learning Strategy & Content Development: Define objectives and scope deliverables; develop content architectures and materials for new and existing programs.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and produce high-quality content quickly.
• Evaluation & Iteration: Build measurement strategies and use data to continuously improve programs.
• Scalability & Innovation: Design with a global mindset, increase scale, automate workflows, and explore AI-powered tools.
