Job summary

Farmers Insurance seeks a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and measure learning solutions that build capabilities and improve learner outcomes across University of Farmers. You will partner with business leaders, trainers, and subject matter experts to translate challenges into engaging experiences, using Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in instructional design or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluent English with international stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable learning solutions across classroom, virtual, and online environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning and performance needs analyses for new and existing programs.
• Design and develop end‑to‑end learning solutions aligned with business objectives and learner needs.
• Develop training curricula, instructor‑led materials, virtual learning, e‑learning, job aids, coaching resources, and performance support tools.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, learning journeys, course materials, interactive experiences, and digital content.
• Use tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video tools to develop learning experiences.
• Recommend formats and delivery approaches based on audience and business need.
• Research emerging learning technologies and trends to improve solutions.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to understand challenges and design effective solutions.
• Lead consultations to identify learning opportunities and recommended solutions.
