Farmers is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to analyze, design, develop, and measure learning solutions across instructor-led, e-learning, and video formats. You will own end-to-end solutions from needs analysis to evaluation, partnering with leaders and subject-matter experts to drive learner success and business impact.

The role emphasizes adult learning practices, technology-enabled delivery, and collaboration with trainers to continually improve learning effectiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's preferred in instructional design, education, or similar field.
• 3 years of instruction design or educational content development.
• Experience with Storyline, Captivate, HTML5, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or video editing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across classroom, virtual, and online formats.
• Collaborate with masters trainers and internal stakeholders to measure and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Analyze business results and learner success to identify opportunities.
