Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales learning delivery and meeting facilitation.
• 2+ years of selling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains learning programs.
• Tracks employee performance and training outcomes.
• Conducts needs analyses and translates business requirements into training needs.
• Determines scope, audience, timing, delivery method, and resources for trainings.
• Partners with leadership to identify process trends for consistency.
• Ensures transfer of learned knowledge to the job.
• Reviews and updates trainings and SOPs.
• Delivers learning communications (newsletters, updates, announcements).
• Creates development standards, processes, and templates for quality materials.

Education

BS/BA in related discipline

Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
