Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a senior Learning and Development leader in Texas to partner with business leaders, analyze organizational needs, and translate data into targeted learning solutions that improve performance.

You will design and deliver content for executives and individual contributors, lead a small team, and guide learning initiatives from analysis through evaluation to ensure measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales learning delivery and meeting facilitation.
• 2+ years leading a team of learning and development professionals.
• 3+ years of selling experience, preferably inside sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs task and content analysis with subject matter experts to obtain the information for the training and deliverables.
• Conducts training needs analysis, curriculum design, training objectives, instructional strategies, scope, timing and resources.
• Supports learning standards by coordinating with internal resources and applying established practices for design, delivery and evaluation.
• Conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps and defines objectives and approaches for effective programs.
• Trains, supervises, and mentors specialists and/or contractors.
• Manages a group or team of professional staff and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
• Travel 5%–20% of the time as part of project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
