Responsibilities

• Partner with Staffing Department on business employment needs, including recruiting for functional areas of the business.
• Work directly with business leadership and department management on performance improvement opportunities.
• Oversee integration of HR policies during Acquisitions.
• Build internal partnerships to aid in resolving associate relations issues.
• Communicate the organization's vision to align the workforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement performance management plans.
• Assess and deliver training to limit legal exposure.
• Act as the primary contact between associates and management for HR policies.
