Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Learning Content and Organizational Change Consultant to drive learning architecture, change management, and measurable performance improvements. You will design content ecosystems, oversee governance, and partner with HRBPs and leaders to ensure adoption across the employee lifecycle.

Required 5+ years in L&D within global companies, strong instructional design, and LMS experience. Occasional facilitation and a focus on data-driven improvement are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a global or multinational Learning and Development role in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Expertise in change management, content strategy, and learning measurement.
• Strong background in leadership and business content skill development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across a global matrix organization.
• Experience administering courses and data in an LMS (Workday Learning preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, measure, and manage learning content architectures including eLearning and blended modules.
• Lead learning strategies aligned with business objectives and talent needs.
• Occasional facilitation of live or virtual sessions (10–15% of role).
• Oversee content lifecycle, governance, and knowledge resources.
• Drive organizational change adoption and content governance across units.
• Build dashboards and reports to show learner engagement and ROI.
