Equifax, Inc. is seeking a Learning Content & Organizational Change Consultant (Finance) to lead architecture, design, governance, and measurement of learning programs across the organization.

You will partner with Global Talent Management, HRBPs, and business leaders to drive adoption and business impact through effective content ecosystems. Responsibilities include needs analysis, development of learning architectures, LMS administration, and occasional delivery of sessions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development within a global or multinational setting.
• Deep understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and multi-modal learning tech.
• Expertise in change management, content strategy, and learning measurement.
• Experience administering courses and data in an LMS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and priorities.
• Design and develop learning architectures and multi-modal content ecosystems.
• Lead learning strategies aligned with business goals and talent development.
• Occasional facilitation of live or virtual sessions (10%–15% of role).
