Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Sales Learning & Organizational Development Consultant to design, develop, and deliver high-impact L&OD programs across Workforce Solutions. You will partner with sales leadership, HRBPs, and Global Talent Management to diagnose performance gaps and build learning architecture that drives measurable business results throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a global, fast-paced Learning & Development or Sales Training role in a matrixed environment.
• Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).
• Experience designing or delivering learning programs for sales/revenue organizations, with familiarity with Sprint Selling and MEDDPICC.
• Excellent virtual and in-person facilitation skills covering soft skills, leadership, and business concepts.
• Proven hands-on execution with measurable business impact.
• Strong relationship management and written/verbal communications across all levels.
• Experience administering courses and learning journeys in an LMS.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Vyond.
• Strong data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
• Design, develop, and deliver multi-modal learning solutions (ILT, eLearning, workshops, simulations, digital tools).
• Provide sales training, coaching, and mentoring to sales teams and leaders.
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions on organizational change and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to curate timely, high-quality training content.
• Implement analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness and ROI.
• Continuously improve programs and learning pathways.
