Daikin is seeking ambitious graduates for the Accelerated Management Program (AMP) at our Phoenix, AZ branch. You’ll gain hands-on experience in Counter Sales, Warehouse, Inside/Showroom Sales, and Outside Sales, while developing leadership and business skills to advance into a Branch leadership role.

The twelve-month program rotates you through Branch Operations and Outside Sales tracks, with strong mentoring and real growth opportunities in a leading HVAC company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; GPA 3.0+ (overall and major).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate and participate in a national program.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face customer interaction in counter sales and showroom setting.
• Support branch operations and outside sales development.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders; learn pricing and inventory processes.
• Participate in leadership development through the Accelerated Management Program.
