Job summary

Daikin seeks motivated graduates to join the Accelerated Management Program (AMP) at the Houston, TX branch. This twelve-month program offers hands-on experience across Branch Operations and Outside Sales tracks, with mentorship and leadership development.

You will rotate through counter sales, warehouse, showroom sales, and business development activities, gaining exposure to pricing, inventory, and customer relationships while building a leadership foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurial Studies (or similar).
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA (overall and major).

Responsibilities

• Participate in Branch Operations track including counter sales and warehouse exposure.
• Develop leadership skills and learn pricing and inventory information.
• Build relationships with customers and sales force.
• Explore Outside Sales track and manage customer priorities.
