Job summary

Forvia North America is seeking candidates for its Leadership Development Program (LDP) in Sales. The program spans three years with three 12-month rotations across different facilities, including potential moves between plants and centers.

You will gain exposure to Sales, Engineering, and Commercial activities and mentorship to accelerate growth. The program targets graduates by December 2026 with a strong interest in automotive manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Graduated before December 2026.
• Strong interest in automotive industry and manufacturing operations.
• Willingness to relocate at the conclusion of each rotation.

Responsibilities

• Rotation I (12 months) in a Forvia facility; support the Program Manager with schedules, dashboards, KPIs, and action plans.
• Rotation II (12 months) in acquisitions; assist RFQ processes, costings, and commercial proposals.
• Rotation III (12 months) as Sales Engineer/Serial Life; assist with RFQs, pricing, profitability, and customer communications.
