Black & Decker (U.S.) Inc. is launching a Commercial Sales Leadership Program in the US. You will rotate through Retail, Commercial & Industrial End User, and Sales Support roles across multiple locations, building hands-on channel & brand experience.

Recent graduates with internship experience and a degree in a related field will develop skills in data-driven growth planning, CRM tools like Salesforce and BI platforms, and cross-functional collaboration to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 2 years of experience.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Retail: manage store presentations and drive End User Sales.
• Commercial & Industrial: engage with professional end users and develop End User Development.
• Sales Support: provide operations/analytical support to Tools & Outdoor teams; manage pricing, shipments, and promotions.
