Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum GPA: 3.25
• Candidates must have access to a personal vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license for travel

Responsibilities

• Rotate through 5–6 subgroups including Retail, Foodservice, Business Intelligence, Sales, Marketing, and more
• Develop cross-functional leadership and collaborative skills across departments
• Engage in executive mentorship, live and virtual leadership training, and hands-on development
• Complete an 18-month program designed to accelerate a cross-functional career path
