Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is launching a Sales Leadership Rotational Program in the Midsouth USA. The program offers 3-4 rotations over two years with training, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure across sales, marketing and customer experience.

Roles include Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager and Sales Enablement Manager. Travel up to ~50% and relocation to Baton Rouge, LA or Kansas City, MO region may be required for advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Prior professional experience required.
• Experience in plumbing/mechanical or construction industries is a plus.
• Interest in technical sales or commercial leadership.
• Highly motivated, disciplined and organized; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.
• Ability to build long‑lasting relationships.

Responsabilidades
