Danfoss Power Solutions invites you to join its Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) in Plymouth, MN. This two-year track offers three eight-month rotations through sales operations, development and account management, with mentorship from leaders and peers.

Upon completion, you’ll step into a key commercial role such as Account Manager or Sales Development Manager, gaining a global network and a path to leadership within a technology-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Has a degree in Business or Engineering and at least three years of professional experience.
• Is passionate about technology and motivated to build a career in technical sales.
• Thrives in a collaborative, global environment and enjoys working with diverse teams.
• Is a natural relationship-builder with a customer-first mindset.
• Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Is authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted partner to our customers, helping them find innovative solutions while building a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
• Drive key sales and marketing initiatives, from market analysis and pricing strategies to product launches that make an impact.
• Support our global sales channels, strengthening relationships with our partners to drive profitable growth.
• Master the technical aspects of our industry and earn a prestigious IFPS certification.
