Job summary

Forvia invites candidates to join a three-year Leadership Development Program across North America. The program includes three 12-month rotations through manufacturing plants and technical centers, with a permanent placement upon completion.

You will gain leadership and cross-functional experience, receive mentorship, and participate in training sessions and workshops, building a broad professional network within a global automotive technology leader.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Graduated before December 2026.
• Willingness to relocate at the conclusion of each rotation.
• Strong interest in automotive industry and manufacturing operations.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support program activities across three 12‑month rotations at Forvia facilities (manufacturing plants or technical centers).
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Finance/Controlling, Supply Chain, Operations).
• Assist with program documentation, dashboards, schedules, KPIs and risks; support customer meetings and reviews.
