Job summary

Legrand offers a Sales Leadership Development Program for entry-level professionals to rotate through Marketing and Sales roles over a two-year period. Rotations include Marketing (Product Management/Marketing) and Sales (Territory Sales/Account Management) with relocation to each assignment within the United States.

Associate mobility is required to move to Legrand locations nationwide, and upon completion, a Sales role will be assigned in an open position at a US site.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Industrial Distribution, Engineering (Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical), Construction Management preferred.
• Experience: Relevant work experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program rotates associates through Marketing and Sales over a 2-year period.
• Rotations include Marketing (e.g., Product Management/Marketing) and Sales (e.g., Territory Sales/Account Management).
• Relocation is required for rotations and a move to any US Legrand location may be needed.
• Upon completion, associates are assigned to an open Sales role at a Legrand location.
