Job summary

Stanton Optical Brand is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales efforts at an on-site store, supervise and coach associates, and partner with the Brand Manager. This role offers frequent exposure to Senior Leadership and opportunities to influence store operations and patient experience.

You will train and empower the team, foster collaboration with Clinical and Lab staff, and drive performance while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support Brand Manager and accomplish store objectives.
• Support talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and training.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet service standards (Now Service/Ready When Promised).
• Execute repairs and edge stock to expedite eyeglasses delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
