Job summary

AEO stores are seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, rock LOD shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving sales and upholding AEO Brand Standards across operations.

You will recruit and develop talent, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure safety and loss prevention policies are followed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing in-store productivity and guest experience.
