Job summary

Range USA is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead sales initiatives and ensure excellent customer experiences in a busy indoor shooting range environment. You will drive personal sales while overseeing daily store operations, safety, and compliance in a friendly, value-driven team setting.

You will open/close procedures, manage the register, and coach team on KPIs, while maintaining a safe, welcoming space for customers and providing paid training and unlimited shooting classes as part of

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (specialty retail preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex compliance procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Range USA standards.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales metrics (firearms, memberships, classes, promotions).
• Build customer relationships and increase basket size through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Execute daily operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, register management, and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory flow, merchandising, and ad set execution to maintain visual standards.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure strict adherence to firearm safety protocols and ATF compliance.
• Safeguard confidential information and ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Ensure range readiness, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
