Range USA is the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and memorable visit. The Sales Associate role focuses on helping customers find the right experience through knowledge and sales skills while maintaining accurate operations and compliance.

The position is part-time and non-exempt, reporting to the Store Leader. It requires flexibility to cover various shifts and a strong emphasis on safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service sales experience.
• Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert customers to buyers by asking for the sale.
• Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer transactions and paperwork.
• Assist with range safety, check-in, and rental processes as needed.
• Support ecommerce picking when applicable.
• Provide excellent product knowledge and up-sell where appropriate.
