Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing retail team on-site. You will coach associates, drive store sales, and collaborate with the Brand Manager to execute action plans. The role offers growth opportunities and exposure to senior leadership within Now Optics.

You’ll oversee recruitment, training, and development, while ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient lab operations to meet service promises. A strong foundation in retail sales and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on Duty to accomplish objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition and development, partnering with Recruiting and HR.
• Collaborate with Clinical services to ensure seamless operations and patient care.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and manage equipment issues.
