Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-energy retail optical team, drive sales performance, and collaborate with Brand and Clinical teams. You will train and coach associates, manage store operations, and foster a results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience planning sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty.
• Support store talent acquisition and development; recruit and train staff.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised.
• Execute customer repairs and edge lenses to expedite delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report issues.
• Track delivery times to patients for 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
