Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing store team on-site. You will coach associates, drive sales, partner with Clinical and Lab staff, and coordinate with senior leadership to execute action plans that boost performance and customer satisfaction.

You will train and empower staff, oversee talent development, and ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining brand standards. This role offers growth opportunities within Now Optics' Stanton Optical brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Assist in talent recruitment and development for store associates.
• Collaborate with Clinical services and HR to align store operations.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals and standards.
• Maintain effective communication with Support Center and HR.
• Oversee lab production to meet service promises.
• Assist with repairs, lens edging, and timely order delivery.
• Ensure brand standards and timely fulfillment of orders.
