American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and drive strong in-store performance. You will train and motivate associates, lead LOD shifts, and ensure a stellar guest experience while upholding AEO Brand Standards.

You will maximize KPI results, coach teams, and implement daily visual and operational procedures to keep the fitting rooms guest-ready and the floor productive.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead, motivate and coach associates to meet AEO service standards.
• Recruit, hire and develop strong talent to meet business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to drive engagement.
• Execute visual and operational standards including shipments, merchandising moves and guest-ready fitting rooms.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection and adhere to policies.
