Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values and model leadership while upholding service standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs; train and develop associates to deliver outstanding service and Guest First culture.
• Set clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching; celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and rocking AEO Brand Standards.
• Maintain store safety standards and Asset Protection compliance; adhere to AEO policies and do the right thing.
