Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by managing Leader on Duty shifts and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and champion AEO's service standards with a focus on sales and guest satisfaction.

Your role emphasizes talent development, real-time coaching, and upholding brand visuals and procedures to keep fitting rooms guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.

Qualifications

• You train, motivate and celebrate associates and have a passion for driving killer sales results.
• You've led teams in a retail management role previously - #practicemakesperfect!
• You can multi-task and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.

Responsibilities

• You rock LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts to drive sales and guest experience.
• You lead and motivate the team, upholding service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• You recruit and hire strong talent and train associates to deliver outstanding service.
• You provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve KPI results and engagement.
• You execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipments and merchandising.
