Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 3-5 years direct experience required.
• Effective communication to customers and business partners.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies.
• Ability to monitor and maneuver workflow to prioritize.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Champion use of selling technology to support a seamless experience.
• Lead and educate relationship selling, build client book and outreach.
• Support total store priorities and be an engaged leader.
• Lead merchandising with VM/Merchandise Manager for direction.
• Ensure re-stocking, floor moves and signing are completed.
• Provide daily oversight of fulfillment and track metrics.
