Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• 3-5 years direct experience in retail or similar leadership role.
• Strong communication with customers and partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Champion use of selling technology for a seamless customer experience.
• Lead relationship selling and build a client book to maximize business.
• Support store priorities and be an engaged leader.
• Oversee merchandising direction with Visual Merchandising/Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure restocking, floor moves and signing are completed.
• Provide daily fulfillment oversight and monitor metrics for optimal fill rate.
