Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead at an on-site store location. You will coach associates, drive sales, and partner with the Brand Manager to execute plans that boost performance while fostering a positive, results-driven team environment.

The role offers opportunities for advancement, engagement with Senior Leadership, and involvement in store operations, clinical collaboration, and lab activities to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to plan and implement sales strategies and lead a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties as acting Manager on Duty to achieve store objectives.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Collaborate with Clinical services and HR to support staffing, training and partnerships.
• Ensure timely production and delivery of eyewear and maintain brand standards in the lab area.
