Qualifications

• Experience in people management preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales preferred but not required.
• Ability to constantly bend, lift and move merchandise up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Continuous standing and walking; able to access all store areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and store sales goals by ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service.
• Establish a returning client business by developing and maintaining long lasting relationships.
• Actively outreach to client base via email, phone, and text messaging.
• Utilize company selling culture and training tools to meet KPI expectations.
• Maintain organization, upkeep, and cleanliness of front and back of house.
• Maintain an active sales floor presence to coach staff and build client relationships.
• Support store standards and open/close checklists when needed.
